† Please note that a refund for a deposit is based on the following:

• If we cancel the event (due to bad weather for example) we will try to reschedule the event, but if this isn't possible a full refund is given
• If you cancel the event 22 days (or more) before the event date, 75% of the deposit is refunded
• If you cancel the event between 15 and 21 days before the event date, 50% of the deposit is refunded
• If you cancel the event 14 days (or less) before the event date, no refund is offered
